A bespoke one-off piece based on the Regulator Neo, a limited series of twelve pieces. In this case, however, it is based on the PB40 caliber, which has the arbor of the off-center seconds hand positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock. For this one-off piece, the caliber is fitted with a regulator module with the hour hand arbor at 12 o’clock and fully skeletonized bridges, so the resulting version is designated PB45 HS.
